Caution

Magnesium Sulphate powder, most commonly used as Epsom Salts, is a naturally-occurring pure mineral compound of sulphate and magnesium. Both of these minerals are known to possess natural healing properties and stimulate detoxification pathways. This ingredient is praised for relieving aches and pains, but also has a host of benefits for the hair, skin, and more.

Besides being used in relaxing baths, Magnesium Sulphate powder is commonly used topically to soothe aching muscles, relieve tension, and skin conditions like acne.
