Application

Bronopol is used as a microbiocide/microbiostat in oil field systems,
air washer systems, air conditioning/humidifying systems, cooling water
systems, paper mills, absorbent clays, metal working fluids, printing inks,
paints, and adhesives.
Formulated into cat litter.

Uses

Industrial uses include bactericides, slimicides and preservatives.
Used in household products like dishwashing liquids and laundry products.
