If you would like to request a return or refund, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will only accept returns if the products are returned intact and proof of damage or incorrect delivery is provided before the return authorization.
Please note that returns or refunds will not be accepted without prior authorization.
To process your request, we kindly ask that you provide us with a video of the unboxing process, images of the product in the parcel, and the shipping label. This tangible evidence is vital in complying with government protocols and preventing fraudulent activities within the eCommerce industry. We appreciate your cooperation in providing this evidence.
If your return is authorized, we would be happy to offer you the following options once we receive the product in its original condition:
1. Exchange the product for an alternative of equal value
2. Provide a full refund upon return
